We have different needs that have to be met to live. When Abraham said, “The Lord will provide,” it was not in the context of him receiving a physical provision but in the context of providing a miracle for Isaac’s life. God, the provider, gave life (John 10:10).

Jesus told us not to worry about our physical needs as He gives us our daily bread, just like the birds and the flowers (Matthew 6:25-34). Moreover, God provided the way so we can be saved as He rescued us from the penalty of our sins (Romans 3:25). Jesus is the perfect and complete provision that God gave us. He is the answer to every person’s most in-depth question and the fulfillment of their deepest needs.
